1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the ClearView Search website.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms.
2. About ClearView Search
ClearView Search provides independent Google Ads consultancy services in the UK.
The website and services are operated by Mark Matthews, trading as ClearView Search.

3. Website information
The information provided on this website is for general information purposes.
Reasonable care is taken to keep the information accurate and up to date, but it should not be treated as professional advice tailored to your individual circumstances or as a guarantee of advertising or business performance.
You should make your own commercial decisions based on your particular circumstances.
4. No performance guarantees
Google Ads performance can be affected by many factors outside ClearView Search's control, including competition, market conditions, website performance, pricing, conversion tracking, customer behaviour and changes made by Google or other third-party platforms.
No specific level of leads, sales, conversions, revenue, cost per acquisition, return on advertising spend or other performance result is guaranteed.
Any examples, observations or recommendations provided are not guarantees of future performance.
5. Free Google Ads Audit
The Free Google Ads Audit is a focused initial review designed to identify selected opportunities or potential issues within a Google Ads account.
It is not intended to be a comprehensive account audit or substitute for the paid Independent Google Ads Review.
Requesting or receiving a Free Google Ads Audit does not create an ongoing consultancy relationship and does not create any obligation to purchase a paid service.
6. Paid services
Any paid work will be subject to an agreed scope, price and any additional client terms provided before the work begins.
Services may include an Independent Google Ads Review, Implementation Sprint, ongoing PPC Consultancy or other agreed support.
Prices displayed on this website are for general guidance unless expressly confirmed as a fixed price for a specific service.
The scope and cost of any work will be agreed before paid work begins.
7. Google and third-party services
ClearView Search is an independent consultancy and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise officially connected with Google.
Google Ads, Google Analytics and other third-party platforms are owned and operated by their respective providers.
Those providers may change their products, functionality, pricing, policies or terms at any time, and ClearView Search is not responsible for such changes.
